Argyros Estate Assyrtiko 'French Oak Ferment' Santorini 2014
Full, rich, opulent style made from the Assyrtiko (100%) white grape variety in the Cyclades Islands. The vineyards are 150 years old, with 20% of the wine fermented in French oak barriques. This is a serious wine that is likely to age very well. Expect full flavours, with savoury notes and a long finish. Pairs well with soft seafood.
