• Pembroke Pinot Noir 2017 Tasmania

Pembroke Vineyard is one of Southern Tasmania's oldest vineyards established in 1980 by the McKay and Hawker families. The vineyard is planted to Pinot Noir alone, something that Tasmania does very well. Pembroke have earned a reputation for producing consistently good Pinots over the years. This is the current release and it's only going to get better from now on and shows enticing spice and cherry aromas. The palate has clean, blackberry like fruit flavours with a touch of oak complexity giving some depth. Will develop further over the next 5 years.
