Stefano Lubiana 'Primavera' Pinot Noir 2018
Rich concentrated palate, deeply flavoured with cherry characters supported by nutty/hazelnut overtones derived from oak maturation. Medium/firm tannins and vibrant natural acidity. The palate is flooded with flavour, giving the wine great persistence and majesty.
Stefano Lubiana have been cultivating their vines under biodynamic conditions since 2010 (Tasmania’s first and only), which means that the wines are free of all synthetic treatments, additives and pesticides. Instead they travel the alternative path, stepping back in time and using cosmic rhythms to ensure correct soil tilling and recuperation, as well as effective vine care through all phases of the year’s seasonal cycles.
Grape: Pinot Noir, Alcohol: 13.5%, Cellar: Up to 2024, Food: red meats.
