Should your purchase be damaged in any way on arrival, the Tasmanian Wine Centre will gladly replace the wines if available or discuss an alternative replacement product. Damaged Wines – any wines received from the Tasmanian Wine Centre that are damaged (e.g. transit damage, cork taint, oxidation, leakage etc.) will be replaced free of charge. Please do not discard the damaged product and contact the Tasmanian Wine Centre within 5 working days of receiving the product.
Please note, whilst all care is taken in the shipment and handling of your wine we cannot replace or refund wines that are sold as aged wines. These wines will have naturally matured in the bottle and therefore may have differing characteristics depending on the wine.
