This Gold Medal winning sparkler at the Royal Hobart Wine Show will have you celebrating in style! It's a superb drop with finesse and lovely green apple, citrus and honey toasty biscuit like characters.
Whole bunches of hand picked chardonnay and pinot noir are gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary fermentation the wine is tiraged with no malolactic fermentation and disgorged after 12 to 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours.
Relbia NV will further develop with bottle age to exhibit more savoury and complex characters, whilst retaining the crisp citrus driven fruit characters.
