• All Saints Marsanne 2015

A crisp, refreshing dry white wine packed with distinctive Marsanne fruit flavours of lemon, peach and honey providing the perfect match to a variety of foods.

Marsanne is a native of the northern Rhône Valley in southern France where it achieves its ultimate expression as a single varietal in wines such as Chapoutier’s Chante-Alouette, a single vineyard on the Hermitage hill. Interestingly, the world’s oldest Marsanne vines are here in Australia at Tahbilk, which was the original source of All Saints vines.

This wine is a great match for lighter white meats such as turkey or veal. Its fuller palate texture also lends itself to seafood dishes with creamier sauces.

    Alcohol: 12.8. Grape: Marsanne.
