The fruit for the 'Top Order' Chardonnay was hand-selected from the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills, where the lower temperatures allow for tempered, even ripening.
Beautifully fragrant in flavour, balanced with natural acidity, produced an elegantly layered and textural wine.
