“The Pearl” is a soft, elegant blend of Pinot Noir (51%) and Pinot Meunier (49%). A very easy-drinking sparkling, this wine has green apple notes on the nose with a honey or vanilla creaminess on the finish. This wine won gold at the 2022 Tasmanian Wine Show, our family’s first ever gold medal.
