2024 was a relatively warm and drier than average vintage, with very low disease pressure and moderate yields. Extra warmth ensured early ripened fruit
with concentrated flavours, balanced with vibrant natural acidity, to give
structure and longevity.
Hand-picked fruit from a single block was gently whole bunch pressed directly to barrel for wild fermentation. Regular stirring of the yeast lees in barrel builds creamy texture and richness. Aged for 11 months in French barriques before bottling with minimum filtration.
