The grapes for this blend were specifically chosen from different areas within New South Wales to reflect the high caliber of fruit that is grown throughout the state. This wine is made up of Shiraz from Gundagai and Hilltops, Tempranillo from the Hunter Valley and Merlot from Orange. All parcels were made separately but treated similarly. The fruit was crushed and destemmed with cold soaking for 1 week before primary fermentation took place. Following pressing, the wine was then matured in a mixture of small & large French oak barrels for 9 months. The wine was then blended, filtered and bottled.
