The nose displays red apple, floral and citrus notes. The palate is fresh, delicate and dry. A vibrant, pure Prosecco that shows a fine bead with a crisp, refreshing finish.
Unlike Champagne, which is bottle fermented, Italian Prosecco is made using the charmat method- fermented in large stainless steel tanks.
