The classic Australian red wine. Shiraz was one of the original varieties brought into Australia and is firmly established as an iconic grape. The moderate maritime climate of Margaret River produces a Shiraz which is elegant, bright in fruit and delicate in spice.
The wine is medium bodied with flavours of plumb, mulberry and redcurrant. The tannins are supple and balanced but drive the wine through your palate. The whole bunch inclusion helps to add complexity and spice leaving you with an intense mouth-filling and salivating finish.
