The vines have matured beautifully and are producing
exceptional fruit. The wine is still made in 5-tonne open
fermenters, basket pressed and matured in small oak barrels,
yielding an exceptional wine that can now be affordably
enjoyed with a glass or two each night. A small amount of
Cabernet Sauvignon has been added to produce this classic
Australian blend.
