Named after the founder’s Czech birthplace, this cuvée is only produced in exceptional years where the Relbia vineyard yields fruit of sufficient power and acidity. The nose is defined by white stone fruit, lemon curd, and a distinct flinty note. On the palate, expect a drive of citrus acidity supported by flavours of roasted hazelnuts and nectarine. The finish is dry, precise, and exceptionally long.
