What a winner, so the story goes we had some whisky barrels we had some stout we put the
beer in the barrel, we took the beer out after 9 months ( barrel aged stout , what a great
beer)
We put whisky back into the barrel, still following? We took the whisky out……We now have
stout finish whisky and boy is it good. A depth of flavour that must be tasted to be believed.
So now the whisky is out we will put more stout back in and so the story continues, history in
the making.
