This is a delicious by-product of Bill McHenry's Sloe Gin production - made these foraged Sloe berries are picked from local hedgerows that grow mostly in the north of the state and were planted by early European settlers to Tasmania. The sloes are steeped in gin for 12 months as part of the process of creating Bill's beautiful Sloe Gin - it compliments most full flavoured cheeses.
