The Girl Talk was originally listed as 100% Albariño in the early 2000s when this wine was first introduced. It turns out that the Albariño was actually Savagnin so they had to change the varietal. Tscharke finally planted Albariño and there is 15% in this blend. The wine has under-ripe nectarines and citrus notes on the nose with a touch of curry leaf undertones. The palate is clean as a whistle with green apple and lime dancing across the palate with a lick of acidity to tidy things up.
